Deploy and support AI solutions for semiconductor and advanced manufacturing customers. Work with customers and engineering teams on integration, troubleshooting, and production reliability in a hybrid role based in Hsinchu, Taiwan.

職務概要
Customer-facing engineering role bridging AI technologies and industrial applications. Work may take place remotely or on-site at customer facilities, depending on project requirements.
主な業務内容
Deploy, configure, integrate, test, validate, and optimize AI solutions at customer sites or remotely.
Translate customer requirements into technical solutions and AI workflows; support reliable production operation.
Troubleshoot software, hardware, network, and system integration issues; identify root causes and document solutions.
Coordinate with customers, engineering teams, and product teams; gather feedback and support project execution.
Improve system performance, deployment efficiency, reliability, procedures, and technical documentation.
必須スキル・経験
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Knowledge of software development, system integration, or IT infrastructure.
Familiarity with Python, Linux, SQL, REST APIs, or database systems.
Basic understanding of networking, troubleshooting, and system architecture.
Good communication skills in Mandarin Chinese and English; customer communication and collaborative problem-solving skills.
Legally authorized to work in Taiwan without employer-sponsored work authorization or visa sponsorship.
Able to support technical activities in semiconductor manufacturing environments.

Relevant experience in software engineering, system integration, AI, industrial automation, or semiconductor-related fields.
Experience with Docker, Podman, Git, or cloud/edge computing.
Knowledge of semiconductor equipment, manufacturing systems, or industrial automation.
Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), or Computer Vision (CV).
Experience with AI model deployment, Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, AI workflow automation, data pipelines, or edge computing.
Experience with semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment integration, industrial automation, or customer-facing technical deployment.
