職務介紹
Assess customer needs, troubleshoot equipment in the field, and support projects from design through assembly, testing, and customer buyoff.
主要職責
Conduct on-site customer assessments and troubleshoot equipment.
Test and troubleshoot equipment and sub-modules in-house and at customer sites.
Support equipment buyoff and interpret customer specifications and requirements.
Develop proposals, including component selection and cost estimates.
Support design detailing, including geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T), material selection, heat treatment, and finishing.
Prepare assembly and pneumatic drawings and fabrication and commercial bills of material (BOM).
Participate in design reviews and assist in assembling sub-modules.
Prepare operation manuals and support project coordination and timelines.
必備技能與經驗
Diploma or degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering.
At least 2 years of experience in automation or semiconductor equipment, including field service engineering.
Ability to read electrical and pneumatic circuit drawings.
Hands-on experience in wiring and soldering.
Working knowledge of programming and embedded systems, such as Python, C++, C#, Arduino, or Raspberry Pi.
Ability to take ownership of tasks and coordinate with customers and internal teams.
Proficiency in English and Mandarin for regular communication with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.

Experience in basic circuit design.
Familiarity with computer-aided design (CAD) and simulation software, such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Fusion 360, or NanoCAD.
