Innowave Tech Forum Puts the Industrial AI Ecosystem in Focus

The 2026 forum brought manufacturers, technology leaders and industry partners together to examine what it takes to move AI beyond isolated pilots.

The Work around the Technology

The Innowave Tech Forum 2026 brought customers, industry leaders, speakers and partners together around a practical question: what must come together for industrial AI to scale? In its account of the event, Innowave Tech emphasised the combination of trusted technology, quality data, domain expertise and strong partnerships.

That combination broadens the discussion beyond the performance of an individual AI system. Technology has to connect with the production knowledge, information and organisational capabilities needed to use it. The forum’s emphasis was on building those connections so that AI can become part of ongoing industrial operations.

The company identified manufacturers, technology providers, system integrators, research institutions, government and industry partners as participants in that effort. Each brings a different part of what is required to move from an isolated pilot toward repeatable deployment.

People and Outcomes Remain Central

Innowave Tech connected this approach to the outcomes manufacturers seek: improving yield, reducing downtime and helping engineers make decisions with AI support. These were presented as the purposes of collaboration, with human-in-the-loop decision-making remaining an explicit part of the discussion.

The company acknowledged IMDA, the Singapore Semiconductor Industry Association, Siemens Digital Industries Software and Intel among the organizations supporting the forum. It also thanked Nils Michaelis, Ricky Watts, Ang Wee Seng, Isabel Chong, Licheng Yan and Wei Liang Lee for their contributions.

The forum gave those relationships a practical setting through presentations, discussion and exchanges between participants. Its central message was that scaling industrial AI calls for coordinated work across the ecosystem. The strength of the technology matters, together with the data, experience and partnerships that allow manufacturers to use it effectively.
