A Partnership Grounded in Semiconductor Engineering

We are honored to welcome Accuron Technologies Limited as a strategic investor and partner. The investment, announced on June 5, 2026, was made through Accuron’s New Ventures arm, ANVen. We are grateful for Accuron’s confidence in Innowave Tech and look forward to exploring how our complementary expertise can support semiconductor manufacturing.

Our technology combines proprietary edge AI hardware, algorithms and software for automation and process orchestration in semiconductor fabrication and advanced packaging. Accuron brings precision engineering, systems design and integration experience across specialist equipment businesses. Together, these strengths create a foundation for collaboration: connecting detailed knowledge of how machines work with intelligence drawn from production activity, and bringing that understanding closer to the engineers making operational decisions.

Where Equipment Expertise Meets Process Intelligence

Wafer handling provides a concrete example. mechatronic systemtechnik develops automated handling systems and equipment front-end modules, while RECIF Technologies supplies wafer sorters and modules for standard and specific substrates. These capabilities place machine engineering close to the movement of each wafer. We see opportunities to connect equipment observations with transfer sequences, giving engineers a richer context for examining interruptions and recurring patterns across handling operations.

NexGen Wafer Systems brings single-wafer wet etch and clean equipment, process application services, and integrated measurements of layer thickness and surface roughness. That combination creates an important connection between equipment activity and process results. For us, it points to opportunities to bring observations and measurements into a clearer picture of variation, helping frame the questions engineers investigate and connecting AI analysis with the process knowledge already held by manufacturing teams.

Trymax Semiconductor Equipment’s portfolio includes plasma ashing, descum, isotropic etching and surface treatment, alongside ultraviolet curing and charge erase. This expertise spans distinct operations where equipment behavior and process conditions shape the work of engineers. We see a strong basis for exploring how process intelligence can organize observations around those operations, reveal trends worth investigating and bring analytical context to the teams responsible for understanding and improving their processes.

At the test stage, esmo semicon provides manipulators, docking and interfacing components, handling systems, and integration expertise for test environments. Its wider automation business develops special-purpose machinery from concept through commissioning. This breadth complements our interest in connecting production workflows through orchestration. Equipment engineering and AI offer different perspectives on the same operation; bringing them into a shared conversation creates opportunities to identify practical automation needs and develop approaches around the customer’s operating context.

Exploring the Next Stage Together

Accuron’s equipment businesses bring knowledge of machines, applications and manufacturing environments that complements our AI expertise. We look forward to learning from that experience and contributing our own, with the aim of addressing practical problems where equipment, process information and engineering decisions meet.

Accuron’s industrial equipment network serves customers across Asia, Europe and North America, bringing an international perspective to the partnership. We are confident in the potential of our complementary strengths and look forward to building relationships and exploring these opportunities together.
