Operational Orchestration / Wafer Probing
Connect the Carrier, the Tool and the Factory.
Coordinate automated carrier transfer with the load port, prober interface and factory systems. Reconcile equipment state and lot identity so the next step follows the actual state of the operation.

Make the Handoffs Part of the Workflow.
An automated vehicle arriving at a machine is only one part of hands-free operation. The carrier, load port, door, equipment screen and factory system each carry information that the next step depends on.
In this OPUS prober implementation, Autopilot works with the material-transfer and equipment interfaces to coordinate those handoffs. Physical integration handles door and load-port behavior; the software reconciles tool state and lot/carrier identity with the factory systems. Remote supervision remains available for the work that needs an engineer.
The Operating Sequence
From Observation to Action.
Establish the Context
Bring together the expected lot and carrier identity, equipment state and factory-system instructions.
Coordinate the Transfer
Synchronize the mobile robot’s carrier transfer with the load-port and door interface, including the configured E84 handshake.
Operate the Equipment
Run the configured prober-interface steps and exchange the required status information with the factory systems.
Reconcile the Next State
Check the equipment and carrier state before the next handoff. Route exceptions into the defined supervision and recovery path.
One Operation. Several Sources of Truth.
Prober status, carrier identity and factory-system state are separate signals. The workflow must reconcile them rather than assume that changing one screen updates every system. Local manual operation and remote engineering intervention remain part of the operating design.
Bring the Expertise to the Next Task.
A different tool brings a different interface, transfer sequence and set of operating rules. Autopilot Builder Agents use demonstrations and procedures to customize the workflow. Engineers simulate and qualify the complete sequence with the relevant equipment and system integrations before extending automation.
Builder Agents adapt the workflow. Mechanical interfaces, robot integration and factory-system contracts remain part of the solution engineering.
The Platforms behind the Work
Autopilot coordinates the qualified equipment workflow and its exception paths. InnoConnect, remote supervision and equipment-specific integrations connect software decisions to the operation.
