Factory Operations / Test and Outgoing Quality

Carry the Lot Context through Every Handoff.

Connect lot identity, factory records and equipment procedures across wafer acceptance test and outgoing quality assurance. Automate the administrative steps that surround the physical work.

The Platforms behind the Work

iWave Autopilot

The Work Continues beyond the Machine.

A lot arriving at test or outgoing inspection brings information that must stay consistent across labels, equipment and factory systems. Repeated lookups and manual entries add work at each handoff.

Autopilot coordinates those software and equipment procedures. The WAT and OQA paths have different tasks, but both depend on preserving lot context and checking the result of each system interaction.

The Operating Sequence

From Lot Identity to Verified Completion.

Use the appropriate WAT or OQA sequence for the lot and its process stage.

Lot identity and verified system updates connect the equipment task to the wider factory workflow.
  1. Establish the Lot Context

Detect the loaded lot and retrieve the relevant MES, RFID and stage information. Verify the identity before starting the applicable workflow.

  2. Prepare the WAT Handoff

Carry out pod or cassette label printing and the configured sort-and-merge setup with the correct lot information.

  3. Coordinate the OQA Procedure

Verify the lot and WAT information, then automate the applicable AVI track-in, start, status checks, track-out and form entry.

  4. Confirm the System Update

Read back the resulting factory-system state. A completed interface action is checked against the intended record before the workflow moves on.

Keep Physical Work and Decision Authority Clear.

The automation covers the configured software and equipment procedures. Physical handling, inspection responsibilities and engineering disposition follow their own defined scope. Failed or incomplete system updates remain visible for follow-up.

The Platforms behind the Work

Autopilot coordinates the WAT/OQA workflow across equipment interfaces and authorized factory-system access. The application layer presents the task status and records needed by the operation.

Bring the Expertise to the Next Task.

Builder Agents turn task demonstrations and operating rules into workflows for the next station or process stage. Engineers qualify identity checks, system updates and exception paths in that environment.

Builder Agents provide the current platform capability for adapting models and workflows. Engineers evaluate each new task before deployment.
